I can’t thank the guys at Annex enough for the hard work creating this bat. I always tape my bats from the knob to the handle so that it has a nice tapered feel to it so I always wanted a bat that just did that for me example the Model 22. This bat is cut like the 271 and is made for the hitter who hits for average but enjoys a tapered feel to the knob. I love the feel of the knob on thsi model because it adds a slight amount of weight to the handle which makes the bat seem even more balanced. The best thing about this bat is how smooth it feels when you are rotating your wrists through the zone as you connect with a pitch. I recommend this bat to anyone who tapes the portion of the bat between the knob and handle in an effort to bridge the difference and to anyone who enjoys the 271 cut bats. Annex bats are still the way to go and ever since i bought my first one last season i have bought two more of different models just to see which one i liked best and so far it is the Model 22!

The cone knob makes this bat super easy to choke up on. That’s how I hit. Drove a line drive over the 308 mark with it so I know it has pop. Easy to swing and solid feel. 5 stars.

I’ve tried the big brands out there but I ALWAYS come back to Annex. I keep it simple with the natural finish and get it within 3 days start to end. Like some new bats, I’m afraid to use it in a game. But I went for it and was not disappointed. Comfortable handle, -2 drop, and away I go, 3-3 in my league game

Great bat! Fast, smooth swinging. While the barrel seems a bit short, it sends my flyballs higher and farther than others I’ve tried. Thanks Matt and company.
